Biography

 

Kully Sandhu is a pioneer in aviation recruitment, with over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial staffing and more than two decades dedicated to the UK’s aviation sector. He has been at the forefront of supplying permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to the commercial aviation industry since the late 1990s.

Kully’s journey into aviation recruitment began at the age of 24, when he secured his first aviation contract with a major UK ground handler while working as a Recruitment Consultant for an independent agency in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Recognising the potential of this specialist market, he went on to establish Aviation Recruitment Network 12 years later. Since then, he has built a reputation for delivering cost-effective, time-sensitive staffing solutions to some of the UK’s most prestigious companies as they expanded into the airport sector.

Under Kully’s leadership, the company has supplied over 10,000 security-cleared personnel to all major UK airports, including LHR, LGW, MAN, STN, EMA, and others. He holds authorised signatory status at Heathrow (LHR), Stansted (STN), and East Midlands (EMA) airports, and has an expert-level understanding of airside recruitment and vetting standards across the UK airport network.

As Managing Director, Kully is responsible for setting the company’s vision, financial strategy, and guiding its strategic development across the UK.
