The early years
Originally established as an independent permanent recruitment business, ARN specialised in fixed-price, large-scale airport recruitment. Despite the significant challenges posed by the 9/11 downturn, ARN adapted swiftly by expanding its temporary workforce offerings to meet evolving market demands.
Growth and expansion
In 2003, ARN joined the Pertemps Network Group as its dedicated aviation division. The strategic move fuelled rapid growth, allowing ARN to serve major airports such as Manchester and London Heathrow with both permanent and temporary staffing solutions.
The new era
The company’s 2011 rebrand to Aviation Recruitment Network marked a fresh chapter. Under Managing Director Kully Sandhu's leadership and Operations Director Dal Sandhu’s stewardship, ARN refined its franchise license model and focused on strategically positioned branches at East Midlands and Heathrow to better serve the UK’s busiest airports.
