Biography

Sarah Taylor is a highly experienced compliance professional with over two decades of expertise in regulatory process implementation within the banking and financial sectors. Over the past three years, she has transitioned her skills into aviation regulatory compliance, where she now serves as UK Vetting Manager at Aviation Recruitment Network Limited.

Sarah oversees the complete end-to-end vetting process for all clients and airport operations, including major UK hubs such as BFS, BHX, DSA, EDI, GLA, LHR, LTN, LGW, MAN, and STN. She holds Authorised Signatory status at both East Midlands (EMA) and Heathrow (LHR) airports, ensuring full compliance with aviation security standards.

Her responsibilities include monitoring right-to-work checks, managing Criminal Records Check (CRC) applications via Access NI, Disclosure Scotland, and the Disclosure and Barring Service, and overseeing General Security Awareness Training (GSAT) and Cargo Operative training. Sarah also manages ID Gateway administration, including accreditation checks, auditing airside applications, third-party uploads, and ongoing ID pass and temporary pass management.

In addition to her operational duties, Sarah trains all new internal staff on the full aviation vetting process and plays a key role in implementing compliance and vetting standards across the business.
