Import Clerk - Permanent Position Available
Location: Castle Donington, Office Based.
No home working.
Shift Pattern: 9am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday
Suitable Applicants:
Must have essential experience in CDS Entries.
Must have Knowledge of import procedures - road and air, or road only.
Confident in providing customer service to a high standard both in person and over the telephone.
Confident in liaising with outside hauliers.
Be able to use your own initiative in the workplace.
Has the ability to arrange deliveries and book in the freight.
Carry out invoicing.
Be flexible when the business requires it, in regards to being flexible with any out of hours working.
There will be two weeks of job related training and a handover from the person moving on, and ongoing on the job training by the senior manager on site.
A small team working in a fun office environment with very modern state of the art office facilities.
There are two canteen areas with private breakout zones for usage on breaks.
Free tea and coffee on site along with microwaves and toasting facilities.
An August start date is very important for the business.
