Our Stores Person vacancy is a great opportunity for a stores inventory specialist to join an experienced Aircraft technical team at London Heathrow Airport.

The shift is Full time – 4 on 4 off. 10am to 10pm.

Salary advertised is between £28,000 to £30,000

Role and Responsibilities

• Booking items into their inventory system (Quantum) following their booking in procedure.
• Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred.
• Stock Checking inventory, (Monthly).
• A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with aircraft inputs.
• Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards. Confident in speaking with airlines and directly
   with their onsite aircraft mechanics working on the repairs and checks of the aircrafts.
• Co-ordinate internal Consumable Repairs/Soft Furnishings, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination.
• Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when items needed.
• Update parts movement spreadsheets daily.
• Daily Shuttle runs to off- site facility.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Current Forklift License desirable but not essential, as they do have other FL drivers on site.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Stores experience essential, preferably within the aviation industry, however other sector experience will be considered.
• Delivery driving experience preferred with LWB commercial vehicles, but not essential.
• Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritize.
