ARNL have an exciting opportunity for Forklift counterbalance drivers!! If you have a counterbalance Forklift license with warehouse experience, we would like to hear from you! We are recruiting for a leading cargo specialist company based in all terminals of Heathrow Airport. Full-time positions with overtime available. Entry level Cargo experience is desirable.


As a Forklift Counterbalance Operative you will receive:
• Pay of £13.50 p/h for day shifts and £14.50 p/h night shifts for the first 12 weeks
•  Pay of £16.12 p/h both days and nights after 12 weeks completion
• Free parking in ULEZ free zone.
• Free Cargo Operative Training.
• Overtime rates of £22.17 p/h after successful probation completion

To be successful for this Forklift Counterbalance Operative position:
• A valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Minimum 6 month experience using counterbalance forklift.
• Be prepared to work in a manual environment.
• Be prepared to work shifts pattern.

Successful Forklift Warehouse Operative will be subject to:
• A 5-year checkable history for security vetting purposes.
• A clear DBS – Criminal Record check (refundable).
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy and ability to pass DfT Cargo Operative Training.

Forklift Warehouse Operative duties will include:
• Using forklift to load and unload air freight cargo pallets to and from vehicles.
• Build and break down aircraft pallets and store in warehouse racks.
• Build cargo onto aircraft units to airline specifications.
• Scanning cargo and completion of airfreight documentation.
• Performing other warehouse duties when required.

As Forklift Warehouse Operative you will work 4 on 2 off shift pattern:
• Day shift – 08:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs
• Mid-day shift – 16:00 hrs – 00:30 hrs
• Night shift – 20:00 hrs – 04:30 hrs
