Aviation Recruitment Network have an exciting opportunity for experienced Customer Care Agents for one of the busiest airports in the world, Heathrow. We have roles across all major terminals for the right person and can offer competitive overtime rates all year round!!!!

This role will involve working shifts between 0430 hrs - 2330 hrs based on 5 days on 3 days off roster.

We are looking for passionate individuals who can provide the best in customer service, by having a caring and nurturing attitude, to meet the requirements of passengers with mobility needs. Having a UK driving licence is beneficial.

Customer Care Agents are responsible for providing wheelchair or guided assistance to passengers who have reduced mobility, by ensuring they are transferred safely from the airport terminal to the aircraft.

Customer Care Agents will receive:
• £12.67 p/h rising to £13.17 p/h after 12 weeks
• £25.34 – £26.34 p/h on Bank Holidays
• Guarantee of 40 hours per week + overtime
• Weekly Pay

Customer Care Agents expectations:
• Escort arriving and departing passengers through the airport either on foot, by wheelchair or by electric buggy (training provided)
• Aid with the collection of passenger luggage from baggage belts
• Help with lounge access where necessary
• Assist with duty free shopping if required

Customer Care Agent requirements:
• Customer service orientated and willing to work with passengers with mobility needs
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Be capable of manually lifting passengers from their wheelchairs to and from aircraft seats (full manual handling training provided)
• The ability to be flexible to work shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays
• Provide a 5-year checkable history for security vetting purposes
• Obtain a Criminal Record check (refundable) after completing the first 4 weeks of assignment

Applicants with experience as a domiciliary carer, porter, health care worker, carer or experience working with the elderly will be highly suitable.
