The financial package for this role is £40,000 – £50,000 per annum basic + OTE of £58,000 - £70,000.

Aviation Recruitment Network is a specialist recruitment agency that supplies personnel to the UK commercial aviation industry.

Due to our continued rapid growth, we have a requirement for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join and manage a team of recruiters at our Heathrow Airport office (SL3 0AA).

This is sales based role, it is essential that applicants have a minimum of 3 years of branch management experience gained from a commercial or industrial recruitment agency or recruitment consultancy environment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Recruitment Branch Manager will take full responsibility for providing full recruitment solutions to existing clients and developing new business opportunities.

This senior management role will involve travel to client locations across the UK including London Gatwick, London Stansted, Luton, and East Midlands airports.
 
In return, the Recruitment Branch Manager will receive:

  • Up to £50,000 basic + OTE of £58,000 - £70,000.

The Recruitment Branch Manager will take responsibility for:
  • Oversee the recruitment process for existing clients.
  • Selling a wide range of recruitment solutions to airport and non-airport clients.
  • Managing and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Administration staff.
  • Full profit & loss responsibility of the branch.
  • Managing all aspects of business development and revenue generation for the branch.
 
To be considered for the Recruitment Branch Manager role you will: 
  • Be a Recruitment Branch Manager, Recruitment Sales Manager, or Senior Recruitment Consultant who is currently managing or has managed a recruitment agency or recruitment consultancy.
  • Have experience in managing budgets and delivering against set financial targets.
  • Have experience in delivering high-volume temporary, contract, and/or permanent recruitment solutions.
  • Proven skills in managing, coaching, and developing people and building sales teams.
  • A full UK driving licence. 
Senior Recruitment Consultants or Team Leaders from an Industrial, High Street, or Specialist Recruitment Agency environment may also be considered.
